When a Community Residential Rehabilitation Service (CRRS) plans to close, the governing body must provide at least 30 days' written notice to each client, all case management/treatment agencies, the County MH/MR Office, and the Office of Mental Health, including the projected closing date. The Director must ensure CRRS staff actively assist in developing and implementing relocation plans for all affected clients.
