This regulation requires Community Residential Rehabilitation Services (CRRS) providers to establish and implement an internal program monitoring process. The process must include regular review of program activities and client service plans, assessing the quality and timeliness of individualized residential service plans, the adequacy of program activities in meeting stated goals, and whether the residential program is coordinated with clients' broader comprehensive program needs.
