This regulation establishes eligibility requirements for reimbursement under the Mental Health Community Residential Facility (MHCRF) program. Only licensed MHCRF operators with a Department contract qualify for per diem reimbursement, and facilities receiving other District contract or grant funds under a separate program are excluded. A specific reimbursement rate (SRR02) is available only to licensed Supported Rehabilitative Residence MHCRF operators contracted to house hearing-impaired individuals.
View official source5702 ELIGIBILITY 5702.1 Only a licensed MHCRF operator who has entered into a contract with the Department will be eligible for reimbursement under this chapter.
