This regulation establishes the Medicaid per diem reimbursement rates for Mental Health Community Residential Facilities (MHCRFs) in the District of Columbia, effective June 14, 2024. It sets daily rates for five service levels: Transitional Supported Residence ($81.70), Supported Residence ($77.90), Supported Rehabilitative Residence ($126.50), Supported Rehabilitative Residence – Hearing Impaired ($155.03), and Intensive Residence ($195.05).
