This section requires a Community Residential Rehabilitation Service (CRRS) to maintain a written program description covering client enrollment and termination criteria, the residential services provided (housing, personal assistance, and psychosocial rehabilitation), and the methods used to deliver those services. It is part of Pennsylvania's licensing and operating standards for CRRS programs under Chapter 5310, which governs mental health residential rehabilitation facilities. Operators must document these elements to demonstrate compliance with program structure requirements.
