This section establishes eligibility requirements for Supported Independent Living (SIL) providers under DC's Mental Health Rehabilitation Services (MHRS) program. To qualify, a SIL provider must hold a Department-issued MHRS certification in good standing, maintain a valid Certificate of Occupancy covering the number of housing units to be used for SIL, and have a current business license on file with the Department's Office of Accountability.
