Community Residential Rehabilitation Services (CRRS) must maintain written policies and procedures ensuring nondiscrimination in service provision based on age, race, color, religious creed, sex, national origin, ancestry, or handicap. This requirement applies to the CRRS program as a whole and is cross-referenced by provisions governing both adult and children's CRRS services. Operators must document these nondiscrimination policies as part of their program compliance.
