This regulation requires that every site used by a Community Residential Rehabilitation Service (CRRS) to house clients must be owned, leased, or otherwise controlled by the provider or a provider-affiliate. Operators must ensure legal site control before housing clients at any location. This is a physical plant/property requirement applicable to CRRS providers licensed under Chapter 5310.
