This section requires the governing body of a Community Residential Rehabilitation Service (CRRS) to maintain insurance coverage sufficient to protect the governing body, staff, surrogate parents, clients, and property, in compliance with applicable state and federal statutes. It also supersedes a specific subsection of the general governing body requirements in §5310.11. Facility operators must ensure adequate insurance is in place as determined by the governing body.
