This section specifies the client characteristics required for placement in a Community Residential Rehabilitation Service (CRRS) in Pennsylvania. A child must be under 18 and not an emancipated minor, and must have demonstrated maladaptive interpersonal behavior that significantly impairs functioning within the family and among peers. This section supersedes certain provisions of § 5310.21 regarding client characteristics for this population.
