 State Regulations 

 Compare

A child placed in a community residential
 rehabilitation service (CRRS) must:

(1)

 Be under the age of 18 years and not an emancipated minor.

(2)
 Have demonstrated, over a period of time,
 maladaptive interpersonal behavior which significantly impairs the child's
 functioning within the family and among the child's peers.

(3)
 This section supersedes §
 
5310.21
(a)(1) and

 (relating to client
 characteristics).
