 Compare

(a)
 If the
 community residential rehabilitation service (CRRS) intends to cease operation,
 the governing body shall provide at least 30 days written notice of the intent
 to cease operation and the projected closing date to the child's parent, the
 agency having custody of the child if applicable, the child, all treatment/case
 management agencies, the County Mental Health/Mental Retardation (MH/MR) Office
 and to the Department.
