When a Community Residential Rehabilitation Service (CRRS) intends to close, the governing body must provide at least 30 days' written notice of the closure and projected closing date to the child's parent, any custodial agency, the child, all treatment/case management agencies, the County MH/MR Office, and the Department. This section supersedes the general program closure provision at § 5310.37.
