This section establishes case record requirements specific to Community Residential Rehabilitation Services (CRRS) for children. It exempts CRRS children from one standard case record requirement and mandates that each case record include a written agreement signed by the CRRS, the child's parent, the custodial agency (if applicable), and the child if age 14 or older. It supersedes the general case record provision at §5310.51(b)(4)(viii) for this population.
