This section requires Long-Term Structured Residence (LTSR) providers to have written agreements with any outside sources furnishing services to residents, ensuring those agreements specify responsibilities, scope, cost, and nature of services. The LTSR provider remains accountable for ensuring all contracted or subcontracted services meet the standards set forth in Chapter 5320, regardless of whether services are delivered by a third party.
