This section establishes eligibility criteria for Clubhouse services under DC's Mental Health Rehabilitation Services (MHRS) program. To qualify, a consumer must be eligible for MHRS services per Chapter 34 and must be at least 18 years of age. Facility operators must verify both conditions before enrolling any individual in Clubhouse services.
