Providers operating a Long-Term Structured Residence (LTSR) must ensure residents receive all needed ancillary support services, either directly or through arrangement. When services are not available on-site, the provider must collaborate with county case management and other programs to fulfill the treatment plan and maintain continuity of care, and must also ensure transportation is available for residents needing off-site services, recreation, or other activities.
