 State Regulations 

 Compare

It is the policy of the Department that the licensees
 comply with applicable Departmental regulations to assure quality of care. The
 Department may, within its discretion and for good reason, grant waivers to
 specific requirements contained in this chapter. A waiver will be granted only
 when the health, safety and welfare of the residents and the quality of
 services provided to residents are not affected. The Department reserves the
 right to revoke a waiver if the conditions required by the waiver are not
 met.
