This regulation requires substance use disorder treatment projects (governed by Pennsylvania's DDAP/OMHSAS Chapter 704) to have their governing body approve a written compliance plan ensuring that staff meet the educational, experiential, and training qualifications set forth in the chapter. The plan must be made available to Department licensing representatives during site visits. It applies to the full range of SUD treatment project types covered by Chapter 704's staffing standards.

Code § 704.2 - Compliance plan State Regulations Compare (a) The project's governing body shall approve a written compliance plan to insure that the staff persons affected by this chapter meet the appropriate educational and experiential qualifications and receive training as stipulated in this chapter.
