This regulation establishes licensing and inspection fee requirements for Mental Health Community Residential Facilities (MHCRFs) in the District of Columbia. Operators must obtain a non-transferable license tied to a specific facility location, designated as one of four residence types (Supported Residence, Supported Rehabilitative Residence, Intensive Residence, or SR-Transitional). Annual license fees are tiered by bed count (1–5, 6–10, or 11–25 beds), with late fees at 50% of the annual fee. Additional inspection fees of $50 apply for each follow-up inspection beyond the first annual renewal inspection.
