This regulation specifies the evidence-based practices (EBPs) that Community Care Providers (CCPs) must offer as clinical intervention services, including Multi-Systemic Therapy, Functional Family Therapy, Child-Parent Psychotherapy for Family Violence, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Transition to Independence, and Trauma Systems Therapy. Operators of CCPs must ensure they provide at least one of these approved EBPs as part of their clinical service offerings.
