This regulation applies to transitional living facilities licensed under Pennsylvania's drug and alcohol program (Chapter 709) and exempts them from the standard treatment/rehabilitation management requirements. Instead, the governing body must adopt a written plan for coordinating residential services that defines the target population, establishes written procedures for managing residential services, and outlines referral and cooperation procedures with other service providers.
