This regulation requires the project director of a substance use residential facility to develop a written intake and admission plan covering admission criteria, residency completion guidelines, and involuntary discharge criteria. Intake procedures must document client disclosure of admission and discharge criteria, orientation to house rules and services, collection of basic personal data, and consent to residency.
