View official source3301 WAIVER OF RULES 3301.1 Upon determination of good cause, the Director may waive any provision under this chapter subject to the statutory limitations of other District laws. The Director shall provide each waiver in writing and shall support each waiver by documentation of the facts and the grounds upon which a waiver is based.
