This chapter establishes procedures and standards for issuing certificates of compliance for drug and alcohol treatment activities that are operated as part of a health care facility in Pennsylvania. Facility operators must obtain and maintain a certificate of compliance under the applicable act, and the chapter governs the application, issuance, restrictions, inspection, deficiency notification, and revocation processes for such certification.
