This section requires drug and alcohol treatment projects that receive Department funds to comply with the Department's Uniform Data Collection System (UDCS) and to develop a data collection and recordkeeping system that enables efficient retrieval of performance measurement data. It is an administrative/reporting requirement applicable to the facilities governed by Chapter 711, which covers drug and alcohol treatment programs licensed under DDAP.
