This section requires a licensed project to adopt a written plan for coordinating residential services, including defining the target population and establishing written procedures for managing residential services for clients. The project must also obtain written letters of agreement or understanding with primary referral sources. As part of Chapter 711, which governs drug and alcohol treatment facilities under DDAP/OMHSAS oversight, this section applies to the residential substance use treatment setting licensed under that chapter.
