This section requires the project director of a drug and alcohol residential facility to develop a written intake and admission plan covering admission criteria, residency completion guidelines, and involuntary discharge criteria. Intake procedures must document disclosure of these criteria to clients, client orientation (including house rules, hours, fees, and services), collection of basic personal data, and execution of a residency agreement. This is an operational standard for facilities licensed under Chapter 711, which governs drug and alcohol residential rehabilitation facilities (halfway houses/recovery residences or SUD residential programs) certified by DDAP.
