This section requires projects that utilize Department funds to comply with the Department's Uniform Data Collection System (UDCS) and to develop a data collection system that allows efficient retrieval of data needed to measure project performance. It is a data reporting and compliance requirement applicable to the facilities governed by Chapter 711, which covers behavioral health programs licensed or certified under Pennsylvania's OMHSAS and DDAP.
