This regulation requires the project director of an opioid treatment program to provide written notice to a client when their treatment is being involuntarily terminated, including the reason for termination. The client must also be given the opportunity to request reconsideration of the termination decision. This is a client rights/due process provision within the OTP licensing chapter.
