This section requires projects that utilize Department funds to comply with the Department's Uniform Data Collection System (UDCS) and to develop a data collection system that enables efficient retrieval of performance measurement data. It is an administrative/reporting requirement that applies to the same facility types governed by Chapter 711, which covers certificate of compliance for behavioral health facilities under OMHSAS and DDAP oversight.
