Code § 715.26 - Security State Regulations Compare (a) A narcotic treatment program shall meet the security standards for the distribution and storage of controlled substances as required by Federal regulations, including 21 CFR 1301.72 and 1301.74 (relating to physical security controls; and other security controls) and State statutes and regulations. (b) Each narcotic treatment program shall provide the Department with a specific plan describing the efforts it will make to avoid disruption of the community by its patients and the actions it will take to assure responsiveness to the community.
