Narcotic treatment programs in Pennsylvania must provide, either on-site or through referral agreements, a full range of rehabilitative services including HIV education, employment services, adult education, and behavioral health services. Patients must also have the opportunity to access legal services. This requirement applies to all narcotic treatment programs regulated under Chapter 715.
