(a)
 The Department will deny, suspend or revoke approval of a narcotic treatment program if the applicant or program fails to comply with this chapter. Procedures for the revocation, suspension or denial of Department approval, and appeals from these actions, shall be the same as procedures in §§

(b)
 The Department may recommend to the DEA or CSAT or SAMHSA's designee to initiate proceedings to revoke or deny Federal approval.

(c)
 The Department may seek an injunction for the closure of a narcotic treatment program in a court of competent jurisdiction.
