 State Regulations 

 Compare

The licensee shall develop and implement written policies and procedures that:

(1)
 promote and require that residents participate in treatment, self-help groups or other drug and alcohol recovery supports; and

(2)
 require that residents abstain from use and sale of alcohol and illicit drugs, and provide consequences for failure to abstain.
