This regulation requires licensees of recovery residences to provide written notice to residents when ending their residency, including the reason and timeframe, and to allow residents an opportunity to request reconsideration before the decision takes effect. Residents may voluntarily end their residency without providing a reason. This section is part of Chapter 717, which governs licensed recovery residences in Pennsylvania under OMHSAS and DDAP.
