 State Regulations 

 Compare

(a)
 The Department will impose fines on the operator of an unlicensed recovery house in accordance with section 2316-A(a) of The Administrative Code of 1929 (
71 P.S. §
 
613.16(a)
).

(b)
 For purposes of a violation under section 2316-A(a) of The Administrative Code of 1929, each day of operating a drug and alcohol recovery house that requires a license without a current license shall constitute a separate violation.
