This section establishes the process for issuing a full license to operate a drug and alcohol recovery house in Pennsylvania. The Department issues a full license following an on-site inspection confirming the applicant meets all chapter requirements, and the license must display the facility name, address, and issuance date. The license expires one year after issuance and must be posted in a conspicuous public location within the recovery house.

Code § 717.7 - Full licensure State Regulations Compare (a) The Department will issue a full license to operate the drug and alcohol recovery house when it determines, after an on-site inspection by an authorized representative of the Department, that the applicant or licensee has met the requirements for licensure under this chapter. (b) The Department will issue a full license to an applicant or licensee and will indicate the name of the drug and alcohol recovery house, the address and the date of issuance. (c) The full license shall expire 1 year following the date it is issued.
