 State Regulations 

 Compare

(a)
 The Department may revoke an exception granted under this chapter. The Department will provide a written notice of revocation that states the reason for the revocation and a specific date when the revocation will take effect.

(b)
 The Department will allow at least 30 days between the mailing date of the notice of revocation and the date of termination of an exception.

(c)
 A drug and alcohol recovery house may file a written appeal within 30 days of the mailing date of the notice of revocation of the exception.
