This section governs the process by which the Pennsylvania Department may revoke exceptions previously granted to drug and alcohol recovery houses under Chapter 717. Operators must receive written notice stating the reason for revocation and the effective date, with at least 30 days between mailing and termination. Recovery houses may file a written appeal within 30 days of the mailing date of the revocation notice.
