This regulation establishes the Tennessee controlled substances schedules (Schedules I through VII) administered by the Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, listing specific drugs and chemical substances by name and DEA code number. It does not license or set operating standards for any behavioral health, IDD, ABA, or foster care facility type. Compliance staff should note this rule governs the classification of controlled substances themselves, not the facilities that handle them.
