These regulations govern training of mental health board members and alternate members pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. § 71-916. 002. REQUIREMENT FOR TRAINING . All mental health board members and alternate members must attend and satisfactorily complete the mental health board training at least once every four years. 003. TRAINING . If the member or alternate member completes training through video or audio media or other self-study courses, the member must provide proof of completion of the training to the Department by affidavit or other method as determined by the Department.
