This regulation, formerly governing the approval and certification of agencies as community service providers under Mississippi's mental health title, has been fully repealed effective September 1, 2020. There are no current operative requirements for facility operators under this citation. Compliance staff should note this rule is no longer in effect and should look to successor regulations for current community mental health provider standards.
