9 CSR 50-3 Chapter 3 - Eligibility Appeals Procedures

This chapter previously contained appeals procedures for service eligibility through the Division of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities, but the sole rule (9 CSR 50-3.705) has been moved to 9 CSR 45-2.020. The chapter no longer contains active regulatory content governing any facility type or level of care.
