9 CSR 50-1 Chapter 1 - Definitions and Procedures

This chapter of Missouri's Department of Mental Health admission criteria regulations (Division 50, Chapter 1) contains only rescinded and relocated provisions. All substantive rules — definitions, application procedures, assessment procedures, IDD eligibility, and client rights — have either been rescinded (effective 1992) or moved to other chapters. There are no currently operative requirements for facility operators in this chapter.
