This chapter originally established licensing rules for Psychiatric Group Home IIIs in Missouri, covering physical plant, medical and health care, food services, staffing, recordkeeping, admission criteria, care and treatment, housekeeping, and fire safety. All sections in this chapter were rescinded effective March 1, 1996, and no operative regulatory requirements remain.
