9 CSR 40-3 Chapter 3 - Rules for Residential Facilities Licensed by the Division of Aging Serving People Who Are Mentally Ill, Mentally Disordered, Mentally Retarded or Developmentally Disabled

This chapter governed residential facilities licensed by the Missouri Division of Aging that served persons with mental illness, mental disorders, intellectual disabilities, or developmental disabilities. It originally set standards for physical plant, medical/health care, food services, staffing, admission criteria, and care/treatment/habilitation. All substantive sections have been fully rescinded (the earliest in 1984, the remainder by December 30, 2020), leaving no currently operative requirements for facility operators.
