This chapter of Missouri's Department of Mental Health licensing rules originally established cross-cutting standards for all day programs and community residential facilities, covering areas such as resident rights, abuse/neglect reporting, administrative policies, recordkeeping, admission criteria, programming, and fire safety. As of December 30, 2020, all active substantive provisions have been rescinded, with only expired emergency rules and rescinded sections remaining. Compliance staff should note that no operative requirements currently exist under this chapter; applicable standards have been moved to other chapters within 9 CSR 40.
