This chapter of the Missouri Code of State Regulations established certification standards for alcohol and drug abuse programs under the Division of Alcohol and Drug Abuse. All seven sections of the chapter — covering definitions, certification procedures, organizational structure, general policy, client records, treatment procedures, and fiscal management — were rescinded effective September 11, 1983. No operative regulatory requirements remain in force under this chapter.
