This chapter of Missouri's Department of Mental Health regulations originally established licensing standards for residential facilities serving persons with intellectual/developmental disabilities ('mentally retarded' in the historical terminology). All substantive sections have been rescinded (most by July 11, 1983), with only the shell of the chapter and a single section on license revocation/suspension remaining. Compliance staff should note that no active operative standards remain in this chapter.
