This section requires that any release of records or information about a child receiving family community support services under Minn. R. 9535.4000–9535.4070 must comply with Minnesota Statutes, section 245.4876, subdivision 5. Operators providing these services must ensure their information-sharing practices conform to the applicable statutory privacy requirements when disclosing child-related records to outside persons or entities.
