9535.4052 ASSISTANCE IN LOCATING RESPITE CARE AND SPECIAL NEEDS DAY CARE.

Assistance in locating respite care and special needs day care for a child must be provided to a child's parent or legal representative who requests respite care or special needs day care if these services are identified in the child's plan required by part 
9535.4020
, subpart 10. The assistance may include recruiting respite care providers and training them in the special needs of children with severe emotional disturbance.
