Minn. R. 9535.1750 REALLOCATION OF GRANT FUNDS.

Jurisdiction: MN Agency: Minnesota Department of Human Services, Behavioral Health Division
CMHC (40%)
Plain-English summary

This rule authorizes the commissioner to reallocate returned or unused grant funds—whether never awarded or awarded but unspent—to other eligible county boards as supplemental allocations or for special projects under the same grant chapter. It is an administrative grant management provision governing how unspent behavioral health grant dollars are redistributed among county boards. Facility operators are not directly subject to operational requirements under this section, but county boards receiving these funds must comply with the broader grant chapter's budget and eligibility requirements.
